ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional role. You will work directly with IBC’s founder — close enough that this overlaps with a CEO’s office function — but your primary weapon is AI. You’ll use it to run our marketing engine, sharpen our BD process, and help the team work smarter every day.

IBC Consultants ( ) is a fast-growing consulting delivery firm that helps boutique strategy and transformation firms globally scale their execution capacity.

We’re looking for someone at the intersection of AI-powered business process engineering and B2B marketing execution — business-aware enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build and run the systems that make those judgments scale. This role demands both: not just AI, and not just marketing.
