Position Overview
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs within Talent Acquisition from design through execution and continuous improvement — ensuring our recruiting function scales efficiently and delivers a world-class experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the full program lifecycle for a defined TA Ops function including scoping, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and retrospective, with clear accountability for outcomes.
- Map and continuously improve end-to-end processes within your function;
define KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring mechanisms that surface actionable insights. - Translate ambiguous business needs into structured program plans;
