Job Description

Cadence has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist within their Hardware Systems Verification Supply Chain Team. This person will have the following responsibilities:

+ Design and scale the overall supply chain to meet growing business demands, including sourcing strategy, cost management, and vendor governance.

+ Develop and execute the sourcing strategy, eliminate supply chain risks, achieve operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

+ Execute global strategic sourcing, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

+ Implement and oversee supply base cost management initiatives to drive value and maintain competitive advantage.
