6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management of CAPEX categories.
Sort equipment experience considered a plus.
The candidate should have experience in negotiating complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contracts, performing cost analyses based on TCO, building clean sheet / should-cost models, and stakeholder management.
Experience in leading global CAPEX and OPEX category management of material handling / sortation equipment, contracting integration of sortation systems, and strategic sourcing of sorters, conveyor belts, and weight-and-dimension equipment is required. The candidate should also have experience in leading tenders for complex capital projects and negotiations of EPC contracts.
