Position Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall account management of assigned customers/accounts
- Responsible for revenue and organic growth targets
- Responsible for RFQ and pricing, legal affairs, negotiations (in any assigned area)
- Responsible for understanding and driving the customer/account P&L (sales, margins, mark- ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any other specific cost drivers.
- Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with assigned customer through consistent, timely and accurate data feed
- Responsible to understand customer contracts and the relation to actual production and processes
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
- In charge of customerΒ΄s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
- PIC and coordinator for hosting all customer visits
