UNICEF Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and strategic Procurement Services Manager to lead and strengthen a large and complex Procurement Services portfolio supporting critical programmes including Immunization (EPI), Polio, Nutrition, and Health systems strengthening across Pakistan.
Under the supervision of the Chief Supply & Logistics, the Procurement Services Manager will manage high‑value and multi‑year procurement services engagements with Government counterparts, development partners, and the Supply Division. Responsibilities include strategic partnership management, procurement planning, supply financing solutions, risk mitigation, and national supply chain strengthening to support transparent, efficient, and sustainable programme delivery.
