Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard)

Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT
Address: 3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects
• Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
