Position Overview
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
Oversee the governance (clinical and administrative, where applicable) of all strategic partnerships, collaborations, and contractual arrangements.
Act as the organisation's primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring effective engagement, communication, and relationship management.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to internal business units on partnership structures, operating models, risk management (operational, financial, and business), pricing frameworks, and contract scoping.
Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend viable partnership or collaboration models.
Support negotiations with partners, ensuring the organisation's interests are appropriately protected and reflected in agreements.
Facilitate the resolution of issues or conflicts arising between internal and external stakeholders.
