The Advanced Packaging (AP) Market Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends and technologies in the dynamic semiconductor AP ecosystem. This role supports strategic decision making by providing insights into industry roadmaps, customer requirements, and emerging 2.XD/3D AP technologies.

• Long‑term AP process equipment business forecast & market sizing to aid strategy discussion
• Build & maintain market model for TAM, SAM, market share, which includes the broad scope of AP process technology for both wafer & panel
