This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and managers across the business, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR and people development support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of people and capability strategy, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring HR policies, learning initiatives and practices are aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
