Position Overview
- Single point of contact for all employees and managers on HR matters
- Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies standards and legal requirements
- Interface with Business Area HR internal business and the external payroll provider
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation
- Coordinate talent and performance management processes and followup actions
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure auditready data quality
- Prepare HR documents (contracts certificates letters)
- Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes
- Implement new HR systems tools and processes
- Lead sitespecific HR projects
- Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe wellfunctioning work environment
- Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities
