Role Overview

As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will serve as a key partner to the CFO and Finance team, carrying out financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support across Sprout Solutions. This role combines financial modeling with commercial judgment to shape the company’s growth trajectory, capital allocation decisions, and operational performance, assisting with corporate development (M&A) activities and special projects, driving insights that inform executive and board-level decisions, and partnering cross‑functionally to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the company‑wide three‑statement financial model, driver‑based operating model, and long‑range plan.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis against plan.
