Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end procurement processes for F&B and retail operations
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and quality improvements
Requirements - Proven experience in Procurement within F&B or Retail industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of UAE procurement market and supply chain practices
- Excellent analytical and organizational skillsli>
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English
