Prioritize emails and reports, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.
Maintain privacy and protect operations by keeping confidential information.
Complete projects by assigning task to staffs and follow up on results.
Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
