We seek an experienced Delivery Operations Leader to drive operational excellence, workforce governance, utilization, and performance across a large IT services organization.

This role partners with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and HR to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate brings expertise in workforce planning, capacity management, utilization, revenue forecasting, and delivery performance tracking.

Preferred Experience

• 20-22 years of experience in Delivery Operations, Global Operations, Delivery Excellence, Workforce Management, or related operational leadership roles within IT services organizations
