Oregon Sea Grant (ORSG) seeks a strategic communications lead to enhance the awareness of, access to, engagement with, and support of ORSG and its programs for internal and external audiences. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive communications program.
