Job Description

Based in either Spain or Italy, the Commercial Director MEDNA will act as the strategic commercial lead for Managed Hotels across the Mediterranean & North Africa region, driving topline performance and strengthening alignment between commercial and operational teams. Reporting to the VP Go-To-Market MEDNA, you will play a key role in shaping regional commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting hotels in maximizing performance across revenue management, distribution, sales, and marketing. This role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and operational pragmatism to drive sustainable business results across a diverse hotel portfolio.
