Position: Strategic Capacity Brokerage Specialist - Flatbed
Pay Rate: $90k to $100k per year
Job Description:
As a Strategic Capacity Brokerage Specialist - Flatbed your focus will be on supporting the growth and development of the Brokerage flatbed service offerings. As a team, our goal is to build this department around our customers’ freight. You will be responsible for providing flatbed logistics solutions to our customers, streamlining communications across all internal groups, building internal knowledge around flatbed best practices, and troubleshooting issues on flatbed loads.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
+ Manage Flatbed inbound service email funnel

+ Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and team members to coordinate and update on load status and any changes that may occur
