Job Description
The Strategic Account Support Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between Dover FS and its strategic accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing equipment orders
- Communicating order status and resolving customer inquiries
- Generating customized quotes and reports
- Handling claims, RMAs, and disputes
- Supporting logistics and e-commerce issues
- Validating equipment order forms and coordinating projects
- Performing root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto
