Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated customer plans to deliver sales targets and increase market share across the Monogastric product portfolio (Vaccines, antimicrobials, nutritionals).Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, operating effectively from farm level to the boardroom to understand needs and deliver value.Lead strategic planning efforts and coordinate internal support functions (Marketing, Technical, etc.) to implement innovative solutions that drive customer success.Manage product forecasting, pricing, promotional activity, and CRM reporting to optimize supply and meet customer requirements.Demonstrate leadership and influence without authority to align internal teams and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
