Drive revenue growth and client retention by identifying expansion opportunities and leading strategic business reviews (QBR).
Establish clear KPIs, development plans, and a culture of accountability within the account management and implementation teams.
Align cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, around customer priorities and commitments.
Own the invoicing process and report on the financial performance of existing customer accounts.
Define and continuously improve the company's account management framework, tools, and methodologies.
