Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Account and Support Manager – SAMI LPD will manage the relationship with IDEXX LPD clients, distributors, drive sales growth and foster customer loyalty to IDEXX products and services of IDEXX Livestock, Poultry and Dairy (LPD). Work with distributors in the assigned territories to grow the business through performance management and ongoing guidance, coaching and training. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales objectives. Help establish strategic sales direction while providing feedback from the market. 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Focus on providing LPD test Kits, software and solutions to customer accounts, including laboratories, veterinarians corporate integrators and key commercial farms. 
Carry out all sales responsibilities to drive sales growth and foster customer loyalty. 
Acquire new business from existing customer base and new customers in the assigned territories.
