Key Accountabilities - Manage receiving/inspection coordination (GRNs), tagging, and storage practices.
- Maintain stock records, bin cards/system entries, and inventory cycle counts.
- Issue materials against approved requests; control wastage and traceability.
- Coordinate with procurement/site teams on shortages, reorders, and material planning.
- Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and compliance with QA/HSE requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills - Diploma preferred; ERP/stores systems experience.
