Position Overview
Shift: 7AM to 3:30PM, weekends and holidays as needed
Purchase, receive, and store all food and supply orders in accordance with departmental procedures and health department guidelines.
Responsibilities:
+ Store received product in assigned location in an organized manner, to include proper stock rotation and the dating of each product.
+ Inspect and store all deliveries according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and department procedures. Communicate any food safety or product quality concerns immediately to supervisor.
+ Use and maintains equipment according to manufacturer and department guidelines; follow all safety procedures.
+ Consistently adhere to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
+ Maintain a professional working relationship and demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times with vendors, delivery drivers, and coworkers.
