The Storeman is responsible for the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of stock at thebranch. The role ensures stock accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and excellenthousekeeping within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities Accurately and timeously process customer orders. Maintain accurate records of stock movements. Ensure good housekeeping standards are consistently met. Maintain stock rotation using the FIFO principle to minimize wastage or obsolescence. Enforce strict access control within the warehouse. Ensure stock level variances do not exceed 2% (lines and value) in line with company policy. Collect and process picking tickets promptly.
