• Material Inventory Management : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all construction materials and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained for smooth workflow.
• Labor Deployment Management : Effectively manage the deployment and utilization of laborers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
