Position Overview
Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. The candidate should have prior storekeeping experience, be proficient in basic Excel, and be able to operate a forklift safely.
Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items
- Issue materials according to Delivery Orders (DO) / Work Orders
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in Excel system
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliationMonitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on stock requirements
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping
