Main Responsibilities Managing
inventory and stock control , including proper storage, labelling, and record-keeping.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring
timely replenishment
of supplies.
Handling
stock issuance, receiving, and verification
against delivery orders and invoices.
Maintaining accurate
inventory records and documentation
for audit and compliance purposes.
Supporting
procurement processes,
including raising purchase requisitions.
Coordinating with
vendors and internal departments
on deliveries and inventory matters.
Conducting
stock takes and reconciliation
exercises.
Ensuring
cleanliness, safety, and organisation
of the store.
Providing
basic facilities coordination suppor t when required.
