Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage and organise inventory, ensuring proper storage, labelling, and stock control
- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment
- Issue items based on approved requests and maintain accurate records
- Track all stock movements, including receipts, issuance, and transfers
- Raise purchase requisitions and assist with procurement activities
- Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices
- Maintain proper documentation for operational, audit, and compliance purposes
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area
- Monitor expiry dates and handle perishable items appropriately
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments on inventory and deliveries
- Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation exercises
