Receive daily stock replenishments from the company's designated distribution centre. Verify quantities and inspect the condition of all incoming items to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform data entry to update and maintain the inventory management system. Issue spare parts to walk-in Service Engineers (SEs). Receive and process used parts returned by SEs for proper disposal. Supervise and issue parts to delivery personnel in accordance with operational requirements. Receive printers from walk-in customers for servicing and ensure proper documentation. Release serviced printers to walk-in customers upon collection. Maintain accountability for all inventory stored.
