Job Summary:
Provide help desk phone support for pharmacy and point of sale systems, in-store PC’s, handheld units, networking, and phones. Document and review all call details on a corporate tracking system.

**Responsibilities**
Job Duties:
+ Interact promptly and courteously with stores to provide resolutions to inquiries as well as handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner. This interaction will be through a variety of means including but not limited to telephone, e-mail, fax, store mail, US mail, or in person.
+ Attempt to minimize the length of each call, while still providing excellent service.
+ Interface with other departments as needed for problem resolution.
+ Interface with various hardware and software vendors for problem resolution.
+ Provide timely follow up on each call until the issue is resolved.
