Position Overview
- Supervise daily operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling
- Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues
- Assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling
- Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management
Qualifications: - At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Basic knowledge of operations, inventory, and cash control
- Ability to work flexible hours
