Job Purpose
The Store Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, staff discipline, and achievement of operational targets. This role acts as the key link between frontline staff and management. Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
Ensure store opening and closing duties are carried out properly
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Staff Supervision & Scheduling
Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff on daily tasks and service standards
Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance, punctuality, and manpower deployment
Train new staff and coach existing staff to improve performance
Address staff issues, conflicts, and discipline matters professionally
