Position Overview
• Operations Management:
Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer
service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
• Liason with Head office: Communicate effectively with head office and manage store
assets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• College graduate or College Level
