Key Responsibilities



Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and guiding them toward suitable healthy living choices.

Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, store housekeeping, and display standards.

Assist with cashiering duties and ensure smooth transactions at the point of sale.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet store sales targets and operational goals.

Handle operational tasks as directed by the Store Manager/Executive, including reporting issues or irregularities.

Participate in team meetings, improvement initiatives, and engagement programs to enhance store performance.



Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, nutrition, or any business course.

Relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
