Store Manager Job Description
The Store Manager leads daily operations for a tobacco, vape, and accessories retail store with a strong focus on premium cigar sales. This role builds and coaches a sales-driven team, maintains humidor and merchandising standards, and ensures strict compliance with all tobacco/vape regulations and age-verification requirements.
