Store Manager

Location: Island wide

Salary range: $2550-S$3000

Responsibilities

• Achieve the retail store sales target and monitor store costs accordingly (staff cost, stock take, etc.).
• Key holder for store opening and closing and as duty supervisor/manager.
• Manage sales area housekeeping including storeroom and ensure that displays are clean and tidy.
• Handling of stock take preparation and ensure items are well stocked.
• Monitor and supervise all employees' performance at the sales floor.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new joiners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail industry.
• Meticulous and strong in mathematical calculations and figures.
• Computer literate.
• Handle difficult customers to resolve issues.
• Able to work weekend, retail hours and shift.
