Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business and workshop support. Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of parts and consumables. Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Coordinate procurement activities and liaise with suppliers on purchases and deliveries. Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and control of inventory. Lead and supervise store personnel, including task allocation and performance monitoring. Work closely with workshop and operations teams to ensure parts availability and minimize downtime. Prepare inventory-related reports and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in inventory, store, warehouse, or procurement operations within the motorcycle industry. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
