What will your mission be

• Be a point of reference for the team, guiding them and developing their potential to achieve sales targets;
• Select, train, and motivate the team, creating a positive and engaging environment;
• Analyze key KPIs and manage all store activities (sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, inventory, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Visual team to enhance the product and deliver a distinctive shopping experience;
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a customer experience consistent with Champion’s values.
