Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all daily store operations, including stock management and manpower planning.
- Develop business strategies to increase store traffic and optimize store profitability.
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Oversee store operations in accordance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Support staff development and training while collaborating with the Learning and Development team to identify operational training needs.
- Oversee operational reporting, including revenue and expense records.
