Job purpose:
• Control the operations and management of the store
Main duties:
• Monitor stock availability on the shelves, monitor ordering and receiving, price charge, damaged goods and returns
• Control operating costs, minimize the possibility of internal and external theft.
• Ensure monthly or annual sales targets are achieved
• Coordinate properly with HQ in merchandising, A&P advertising and promotional activities
• Responsible for the safety of all customers and employees on store premises
• Manage and control the deployment of manpower to support the business requirements and maximize profitability, increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensure employees receive training necessary for their job responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same field
• 2 years experience in managing a retail shop
• Fluent in English
