Lead the company's stores (online and offline) to drive sales revenue.
Manage the operations of the company's stores (daily operations, merchandising, inventory, maintenance).
Build and improve workflow and operational processes to increase the performance of the retail team (sales, customer service, bike servicing, store operations).
Control and optimize operational costs, including staffing, supplies, and services.
Design and measure performance metrics of the team and take action to improve.
Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the stores.
Lead, forecast, recruit, and develop operations staff in line with growth projection.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in Store operations management.
