Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results‑driven Store Manager to lead our flagship luxury boutique in the UAE. As the face of our brand, you will curate an unparalleled shopping experience, inspire a high‑performing team, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage daily operations of the boutique.
- Provide excellent customer service and luxury clienteling.
- Hunt for commercial milestones and manage the boutique’s P&L.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain brand image and store presentation.
Qualifications - Minimum 4–5 years of retail management experience in the luxury or high‑end premium sector.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
- Background in women’s high fashion, fine jewelry, or luxury clienteling.
