Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage and supervise all store and warehouse activities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming steel materials, consumables and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements with the purchasing department
- Issue materials to production and project teams as per approved requisitions
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of steel materials and related items
- Maintain inventory reports, stock registers and documentation
- Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and material wastage
