Job Description

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
• Bring a pleasing personality

Requirements

• Preferably bachelor's degree holder
• Experience in similar field is highly preferable
• Language: Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation and management abilities
• Must be amenable to work at Mall of Asia, Pasay
• Willing to work in a Japanese Cuisine Industry

Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY

Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included) plus maximum of 2,100 Php allowance depending on experience.
