Job Description

Oversee leasing operations for the Mall of Asia complex, negotiate lease terms, and manage lease renewals and non-renewals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Negotiate the offer rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
• Monitor and arrange Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
• Arrange and file Lease Contracts.
• Maintain a pleasing personality and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder preferred.
• Experience in a similar field highly preferable.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities.
