Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty consultation, and makeup application.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate team performance and provide personalized feedback.
- Assess individual learning needs and tailor coaching to strengthen team capabilities.
- Lead group workshops for product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Set and monitor sales targets to drive team motivation and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support collaboration and successful event execution.
- Plan and oversee in-store events to increase customer engagement and sales performance.
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking sales data, reporting progress, handling budgets, and addressing brand app and customer inquiries.
