As a Store Associate, you support the store manager with all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, presentation, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in running a busy store and managing team activities.
• Lead and motivate colleagues to maximise sales and meet store targets.
• Maintain the store’s presentation, merchandising standards and compliance with policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including handling transactions and resolving customer inquiries.
• Support cash handling, stock control and loss prevention procedures.
