We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Storage Operations team at Marsh . This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Storage Technical Specialist
We will count on you to:
Support critical storage technologies and associated applications across multiple vendors including and not limited to Dell EMC, NetApp, INFINIDAT and Cisco storage environments
Good knowledge on Cloud with AWS and Azure. Oracle cloud knowledge is a plus.
Good scripting skills and the ability to enhance and update existing scripts.
Work to ITIL best practices in regard to incident management, change management, configuration and problem management. Attend relevant service review meetings as required to represent the storage team.
