**Introduction**
The IBM Storage Defender Support team delivers technical assistance for enterprise level environments using our data protection and cyber resiliency suite of products. This position involves working with IBM customers remotely to provide how-to assistance and diagnose product failures. Team members will engage with cross-functional teams in IBM and with OEM partners to drive problem resolution. Candidates must have knowledge of operating systems (AIX, Linux, Windows), SAN, network protocols, clouds, and storage devices.
